About StackTariff
StackTariff helps small and mid-sized importers answer one question fast: what is the estimated current tariff for this HTS code — and what will it cost to land?
The post-2024 US tariff regime stacks several measures on top of the base rate — Section 301 (China), Section 232 (steel, aluminum & copper), temporary surcharge layers, plus AD/CVD orders and customs fees — each with its own effective dates and exclusions. Tools built before 2024 often miss these layers. We use reviewed government-source data and show the date each estimate is current as of.
What we are — and aren’t
We’re an informational tool. We are not a customs broker: we don’t file entries, accept Power of Attorney, or communicate with CBP on your behalf. Classification and valuation remain the importer’s responsibility under 19 USC §1484. When an entry needs filing, we point you to a licensed customs broker.
