De minimis suspended for shipments from all countries
The $800 de-minimis exemption no longer applies to commercial shipments from any country. Low-value parcels are now regular dutiable entries.
Section 232 steel tariff applies at 25%
A 25% Section 232 tariff applies to covered steel imports from all origins, stacking on top of the base MFN duty and any other measures in force.
